A strong focus on MLOps is essential for ensuring scalable and reliable deployment of models.

1. Develop and maintain efficient end-to-end pipelines for AI and LLM-based applications, ensuring seamless transitions from development to production environments.
2. Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning services that support reliable data science operations.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines using orchestration tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar systems to automate workflows.
4. Design and implement cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean) to build and optimize MLOps infrastructures on the cloud.
5. Continuously monitor application performance metrics and system health, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of ML systems such as MLflow, Weights & Biases (W&B).
6. Implement best practices for scaling and operating ML models in production environments.
7. Preprocess and collect data for model training, evaluation, and deployment purposes.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain proper documentation.
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in machine learning infrastructure, distributed systems, and MLOps practices.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
2. Experience with popular ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Langchain.
3. Hands-on experience in scaling and operating ML models and data pipelines in production.
4. Deep expertise with cloud platforms like AWS, Digital Ocean, or Azure.
5. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
6. Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and manipulation techniques.
7. Prior experience in solving algorithmic problems on platforms such as HackerRank and LeetCode.

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, or any IT-related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, or related fields.

1. Published or under-reviewed papers in reputed IEEE conferences, book chapters, or journals will be a plus.
2. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) is an added advantage.
3. Having an Associate Cloud Certification in platforms like AWS or Azure is desirable.
