Job Context
Silicon Silicon Orchard Ltd. is a Dhaka-based custom software development company delivering AI, web and mobile, cloud, and quality-engineering solutions to clients across three continents. We are hiring Junior Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team and manage sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination for software, AI, and design roles.
The role supports a U.S.-based client, so working hours follow U.S. Eastern Time (ET). The position is remote, though occasional visits to our Dhaka office may be required.
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, and developer communities using Boolean search and other targeted techniques.
- Screen and shortlist resumes against role requirements and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with candidates.
- Manage candidates through the hiring pipeline for assigned roles, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed at each stage.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit).
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across time zones.
- Draft and refine job descriptions, role requirements, and outreach messages, using AI tools where appropriate.
- Research talent-market trends and new sourcing channels, and share recommendations with the team.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (full-time, internship, or freelance).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of major job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, BDJobs, Dice, Monster+).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or another ATS/candidate database.
- Prior hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to create, edit, and refine documents, requirements, and files.
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle several open roles at once.
- Naturally curious and eager to keep learning how tech hiring works end to end.
- Able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours, with a reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience preparing technical reports.
- Familiarity with US Staffing Policies, Federal and State Contracts Knowledge.
- Background or interest in IT, software development, AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
- Availability to occasionally collaborate during U.S. business hours is a plus.
